What we collect

When you reserve a table we ask for your name, email address and optionally a phone number, along with the date, time, party size and any notes you add. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email, optional phone number and your message.

We do not collect payment details on this website.

Why we collect it

Solely to manage your booking or answer your message: to hold your table, to send you a confirmation and any change of status, and to contact you if something about your reservation changes.

Who else sees it

• Resend delivers our confirmation emails, so it processes your email address and the contents of that email.
• Our hosting provider stores the database that holds your reservation.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Reservation records are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognise returning guests and resolve any dispute. Contact messages are kept until they have been dealt with and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us and we will delete your details sooner.

Your choices

You can cancel a reservation yourself using the link in your confirmation email. You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email themilldvg@gmail.com or call +918050559199.

Cookies

This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. If spam protection is enabled on our forms, the provider may set a short-lived cookie purely to tell people from bots.
